BFF team attends FDOT’s Stop on Red event
Best Foot Forward joined various organizations from all over Central Florida at a busy Orange County intersection to support the national ‘Stop on Red’ week. Participants stood on the sidewalks at all four corners of the intersection waving signs, handing out goodie bags and reminding driver to stop at red lights.
We had so much fun out on the streets spreading the word about the dangers of distracted driving and were happy to see that most cars were following all the rules of the road. Members from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office also attended, pulling over the drivers who were not following the law, and even stopped some walkers/ bikers to give them valuable insight on the dangers they face.
A huge thanks to all of the Orange County and Central Florida organizations that came out to support the movement.
