Kids twice as likely to be hit by car on Halloween, study finds

Bike/Walk Central Florida executive director, Amanda Day, talks to WFTV reporters on one of the most dangerous days of the year for kids walking – Halloween. The National Safety Council found that kids are twice as likely to be hit by cars on Halloween than any other day of the year.
